Deanna and Clinton met at Blue Cross of Idaho, where they were both brought in to help strengthen Medicare and government program communications. Clinton came from the Comms team just across the room, and Deanna arrived from California with deep healthcare experience. That early collaboration set the tone for our work together: fast-paced, strategic, and grounded in a shared commitment to clarity and member engagement. We later made the move to Premera Blue Cross around the same time, where we continued refining our approach, this time with a singular focus on Medicare. That shared history gives our partnership a strong foundation of trust, complementary expertise, and a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities healthcare organizations face today.

With over two decades of experience across national and regional health plans, Deanna specializes in helping organizations connect with niche audiences, from small businesses and providers to brokers and Medicare-eligible consumers.
Deanna’s background includes agency-side account service work at Ogilvy & Mather and early career roles in broadcast media. These experiences helped shape her passion for clear messaging, client partnership, and creative storytelling, especially in complex, highly regulated markets like Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA.
Deanna is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute and the AMA.
Clinton Wilson
Clinton brings a storyteller’s sensibility to healthcare marketing, blending strategic insight, creative fluency, and a steadfast commitment to clarity. With a background that spans communications, digital content, and brand strategy, he specializes in translating complex healthcare systems, government programs, and compliance-heavy messaging into content that feels human, helpful, and real.
Over the past decade, Clinton has helped shape messaging for Medicare, Medicaid, ACA marketplace plans, brokers, and providers, developing campaigns that not only meet regulatory standards but also build trust with members and local communities. He’s led omnichannel content strategies, built brand voice frameworks, and developed high-performing engagement campaigns across email, web, mobile, print, and social.
